Dispatching your item
Once we receive your order it will display the status of "Dispatched" between 3-5 days. If you order a pre order/back order item these will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with us.  Once your item is on it way we will attach the relevant tracking information for you to track your item. 

Shipping your item
All items will be shipped within the 3-5 day period depending on stock levels and availability -  pre-orders/back orders will be dispatched as soon as they are available.  Our first method of shipping will be Royal Mail Tracked 48, however depending on price, weight and size we may need to use couriers - UPS, Parcel Force.
